Staff: The staff were very nice, polite, soft-spoken, and always helpful. Check-in: The check-in process was fast and smooth, which made for a great start to the stay. Food: We ordered food to our room, and it was amazing, just as I expected. I have stayed at other ITC hotels before, and the food has always met my expectations. The food was well prepared, delicious, and nicely served in the room.

I faced some difficulty with the paid taxi service, as it was challenging to convince the driver to drop me at the hotel from the international airport. Unfortunately, I faced a similar issue while heading back to the airport. Trick- offer taxi driver to pay extra for the toll fee.

Location near highway quite noisy

The spa is very good value for money, the massages and the personell is very friendly and skilled. The security staff and most staff very polite and good service.

The food was average, also the service at breakfast was lacking. No one checking in on you when you arrive if you need coffee etc., I had to call them, also tables not prepared with napkins and necessary cutlery. One of the nights, the room next to me was a group of adults having a party, they were making noise for 4 hours. The staff went to them twice upon my request, even after the second time the staff requested, that group needed over an hour to end their party, the doors kept shutting every minute and it was loud! Which is not acceptable around midnight. I feel the staff could have been more strict with them, I understand politeness etc. but when the visitors are clearly so disrespectful and lacking basic etiquettes, stern action needs to be taken.

I did booking through Booking.com and also received Booking confirmation from the App. But when I reached Hotel, my booking was not listed in the system. Very unfortunate and frustrating. However the hotel accepted fresh alternate booking. But this is not correct. Both the Property and the Booking.com management are responsible for the system fault. Both should send an apology letter with the reason for such inconvenience and mistake in the system.
