    We stayed in a family room for five nights. The hotel is in a good location, and the staff were friendly and willing to help, which we appreciated. The breakfast was average, and I would suggest offering a wider variety of choices. The food served at the hotel restaurant was also fairly average. Cleanliness could be improved, particularly in the toilet and bathroom, which were not as clean as expected. The most disappointing issue was the shower. The water flow was inconsistent, and it was difficult to adjust and maintain a comfortable temperature, as the water kept changing between hot and cold. This was quite inconvenient and should be checked and repaired. On our last day, I enquired about extending our stay and whether a more affordable room was available. The receptionist said he would discuss it with his superior and get back to me. Unfortunately, I never received any update before checkout, so we had to move to another hotel. Overall, although the location and staff were good, the facilities, cleanliness and service follow-up did not fully meet my expectations for the price paid. Overall rating: 3/5
