整棟超大應該有25坪，床有三個，電視有100吋，CP值超高，WIFI訊號好，冷氣有夠冷，門口有停車場，門口還有自助洗衣店，有廚房廚具都有，冰箱、烤箱、微波爐都有看起來很新還有飯桌，整間裝潢看起來很新，位於櫻山八幡宮及宮川朝市旁邊很方便。
大門有點隱密不太好找。

Fantastic location close to the centre of town. Spacious apartment that exceeded our expectation. We forfeited our booking at another location to move into this apartment, sight unseen, because it was in a better location and much bigger. We took a risk, and it paid off. This booking was less that half the price of our other booking but much much better.
I didn't like the sheets. At first I thought we didn't have sheets, because the "sheets" looked to me like mattress protectors. I enquired about this and got a very polite and speedy response re assuring me that what looked like mattress protectors was in fact "sheets".
