We had a wonderful stay. The cabins were clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Large-comfy sofa bed in addition to loft bed. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We enjoyed using the fire pit and looking at the stars. The mountain views were lovely! Kristina welcomed us so kindly and brought snacks and games for the kids and gave us helpful advice about activities in the area.

The upstairs grew very warm by the evening but that is to be expected in the summer. Fans helped and the temperature cooled down significantly overnight. Very small things but larger trash cans, dishcloths for drying dishes and wiping counters as well as a small broom and dustpan would be great additions.

Luogo incantevole dotato di tutti i comfort. Le casette sono bellissime e la location è da mozzafiato soprattutto all’alba. Comoda da raggiungere, è perfetta per rilassarsi e godersi un po’ di pace. Inoltre Kristina è stata super disponibile nell’accoglierci e consigliarci locali e attività. Consiglio la sera di sedersi fuori a guardare le stelle cadenti davanti al falò.

The cabins are brand new and very well appointed with everything you may need. The host Kristina was fabulous and really went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and try to mitigate the damage caused by her brother, who owns to cabins. Just a note that the hot tub is shared between the two cabins.

Although the booking was made through Booking.com the payment for the accommodation was not taken through the system (this is determined by the property). The only notice we received regarding payment was from Booking.com advising that ‘no prepayment’ was necessary. We assumed we would pay at the property via credit card or bank transfer. Upon arrival at the property, we were advised by the host that only cash was accepted or we could open a PayPal account. We didn’t have sufficient cash on us (and the property is out of town) and don’t have a PayPal account so we offered to do a bank transfer. This solution was initially accepted but when the incorrect bank details were supplied to us and we struggled to get the payment through, we received an abusive call from the owner threatening to kick us out of the cabin and call the police since we hadn’t paid. This made us feel threatened and unsafe. Luckily Kristina arrived to manage the situation and finally, once the correct bank details were supplied, we got the payment through. Such an unfortunate incident which left a really sour taste.
