About this farm stay rental
Originally built in 1900, this 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom farmhouse on 2.5 acres has been completely renovated from top to bottom. Situated in a quiet area, this spacious home provides an updated interior, a fully equipped kitchen, a wet bar, a cozy den with a wood burning fireplace and mountain views. In the winter, head out for a day on the slopes of Belleayre and Plattekill within 20mins. In the summer, enjoy relaxing at Belleayre Lake and Beach then return home for an al fresco dinner on the deck. Enjoy a BBQ grill on the deck, indoor and outdoor dining tables and parking for 3-4 cars. Watch the sun come up over the mountains while you enjoy your morning coffee on the deck or by the fire pit. The evening sunset reflecting against the mountains makes for an equally gorgeous view! Come enjoy the quiet sounds of nature and the mountain views. You are just minutes to the grocery store, breweries, skiing, hiking trails, waterfalls, lakes, live music, farms and amazing local restaurants and shops. Not pictured is a 42" Smart TV that sits across from the green couch. The hidden, fully renovated, modernized farmhouse off Rt. 28 in Margaretville is located on 2.5 acres of private forest. Just about an 8 min drive to notable shopping and dining, along with several mountains, ski resorts like Belleayre, world-class hiking, and outdoor everything that upstate NY has to offer.
