It also features state-of-the-art amenities such as Wi-Fi, flat-screen satellite TV, an American-style coffee maker and a capsule coffee machine, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and air conditioning in all main rooms.

Outside, there is a well-maintained, spacious garden surrounded by hedges, a covered veranda with a barbecue area and a wood-fired oven, a spot for cleaning fish in the back, a parking space on the property, and two outdoor showers (one with a shower stall).

The sandy beach, suitable for guests of all ages, is just 150 meters away (just a few steps!). A short distance away are amenities such as a supermarket, restaurant, pizzeria, bar, newsstand, a local market held twice a week, an ATM, and a tourist medical clinic. This makes it possible to enjoy even short stays without needing a car.
