Great communications from host.Nice and clean. Well stocked kitchen tools.The SOFTEST towels.Was attending a conference downtown and everything was easy walking distance.I’m from an urban area so used to downtown type scenario. There were unhoused people around but everyone was very nice. Didn’t feel unsafe walking around but if you are not used to being in a city center you would want to keep on your toes.Would stay again.

The unit is nicely renovated and clean with a nice amount of windows and we found street parking nearby without any problem. The unit is in an older, musty building with several air fresheners in the unit itself. We found the unit to be convenient and a 5/7 minute drive from all things in the downtown area. We found the bed to be too soft for our liking but if you enjoy a soft mattress you will like this one. The host communicated well before and during the stay
