L’équipement et l’appartement était très propre et luxueux et très confortable
Nous sommes restés plus de trois heures bloqué dans la rue avec impossibilité de rentrer dans l’appartement nous devions recevoir les instructions mais impossible. Il a fallu quatre personnes au téléphone pour débloquer la situation. Ce n’est pas au point. Ma femme s’est fait agresser, verbalement par des clochards dans la rue, en attendant, nous n’avons eu aucun dédommagement ni de Landing, ni de Booking. C’est inadmissible et c’est dommage car l’appartement est très bien.
