Don’t be fooled by the simple exterior; inside, you’ll find updated rooms, thoughtful touches, and a peaceful atmosphere that defines comfort. It’s the perfect example of “don’t judge a book by its cover.”
The Space:
This ground-level studio, Unit #1, is located in a charming boutique-style motel! This inviting space combines comfort and convenience, just steps away from the beach.
ENTRY: Enjoy easy access with one designated parking spot and a secure lock code entry. Please note that large vehicles cannot be accommodated, and we are **unable to provide additional parking spaces** Trailers are not permitted, and motorcycles are limited to two per assigned parking spot. Please help maintain a restful atmosphere for all guests by being considerate of your neighbors.
SLEEPING AREA: The unit accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 cozy double beds, each supplied with fresh linens. You’ll also find a luggage rack, iron & ironing board, and wardrobe with a hanging rod and storage shelf for your convenience.
BATHROOM: The private bathroom features a modern walk-in shower, bath towels, sample toiletries, toilet paper, and a hair dryer. *(Note: Each guest is provided one beach towel, as bath towels and linen are for in-room use only.)*
LIVING + DINING: Essentials in your studio include:
- Mini fridge
- Microwave
- Keurig coffee maker with starter K-cups, sugar, and mugs
- Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows

Getting Around:
While there are plenty of food, bars, and shopping options within walking distance, we recommend having a vehicle to explore everything North Myrtle Beach has to offer. There’s also a local bus service with limited routes, Coast RTA, making it easy to get around Ocean Blvd. Visit CoastRTA for routes and schedules.

Pet Policy
We’re happy to host well-behaved pets! A non-refundable pet fee of $75 applies per stay, as long as you've included you're bringing a pet, it should already be applied to the quoted price you see. Please clean up after your pet and keep them crated or kenneled if left alone. Undisclosed pets will result in a minimum $250 charge.
Parking Info
Please note: we can’t accommodate oversized vehicles, trailers, or more than two motorcycles per parking space. Additional parking passes are not available. Only park in designated areas and do not park on neighboring lawns, swells, or driveways. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed. Guests are responsible for any tickets or fines.
No Smoking
All of our properties are smoke-free. Smoking inside will result in immediate eviction and a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Smoking is allowed outside, please do so away from the building and dispose of all materials properly. Extra cleaning charges apply if not followed.
Cancellations & Early Departures
We do not offer refunds for early departures or no-shows.

The listing was not as advertised as far as pet friendly. After booking the reservation, I was told I needed to pay additional fees not listed in the agreement. Additionally, after booking I received additional terms that if not adhered to would result in unreasonable fees. For example, if evidence was found of pets being on the bed or furniture there would be an additional fee. It made the vacation very tense. There were no dishes provided- only a couple of plastic items. I washed everything before I left going above and beyond as to not be surprised with the threatened fees. Dirty towels or missing towels came at a steep fee. The shared kitchen and laundry access codes were not shared with us. The kind cleaning person gave us access to the laundry room. The washer and dryer did not fully clean or dry items. The location was great, but because the building is an older renovation the insulation is not adequate to block out noise. Overall, the experience was not worth the savings. I spent too much time cleaning the property and my toes should have been in the sand. This would be a great stay for a college teen that did not have to worry about the additional threatened fees throughout the stay. Tension could be avoided by including all information in the original listing. The bathroom window does not open and there are fixtures that were off of the wall when we arrived left in the closet.
