3 Bedroom 2.5 Bath condo part of the Tilghman Beach and Racquet Club. This condo is convenient to everything North Myrtle has to offer - second row from the beach, around the corner from Main Street’s restaurants and shopping. It’s Condo Time sits less than a mile from retail, entertainment, and groceries. A beautiful open concept allows for relaxing and socializing. Two separate screened balconies overlook the newly refinished pool and tennis courts. The condo comes fully loaded with beach gear - umbrellas, chairs, games, and sand toys. Private beach access is provided by the resort. If traveling with little ones, you will find the convenience of a provided pack and play, high chair, toys, and games. Great, clean condo! Perfect location close to beach, walmart and food. Great communication and love the layout and amenities of the condo. Plenty of parking. I could fo on and on...highly recommend!

We had several inconveniences during our stay. The first was a musty smell when we walked in. We found the source of the smell to come from the air conditioning unit causing moisture to drip from the ceiling onto the carpet. Both the carpet and ceiling need repair. We purchased essential oil diffusers to help cover the smell. The parking passes were also missing on arrival and in our walk through we found plates of food behind one of the beds and the king size bed was actually two twin beds pushed together. The keyless entry also quit working while we were there and we ended up waiting outside for over an hour to get back into the condo. The owners were responsive to all these problems, but it is still frustrating that all these things happened during our stay. The condo is located near a lot of things but I won’t rent one again that requires us to cross 4 lanes of traffic to get to the beach. I felt that the condo was in a safe area and there were security guards around at all times. The pools were nice.
