The space
This is a 2000 square feet three-story townhome, with 4 bedrooms (4 queen beds and a pull-out sofa), 1.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, an elegant dining room with a large dining table, a living room, a backyard, and a 1-car garage.
This townhome, built in 1900, has been meticulously renovated and artfully blends historic elegance with urban modernity, creating a unique and luxurious living experience that honors the past while embracing modern comfort and style.
FIRST FLOOR - Entertaining and Living Space
As you enter the first floor, you’re greeted by an open and inviting atmosphere that seamlessly integrates the dining, living room, and kitchen areas:

• Coffee lovers will be happy to know that the house contains the Breville Barista Touch Espresso Machine!
• Living Room: Unwind in the comfortable living room, featuring a large 65" TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The living room has a pull-out sofa, and two recliner chairs.
• Dining Room: The elegantly decorated dining room, complete with a large 8 person dining table, is ideal for hosting dinners or enjoying quiet meals in a sophisticated setting.
• Bathroom 1: The first half bathroom is on the first floor, adjacent to the laundry room and kitchen.

Could not be a more perfect house in a more perfect location for spending a weekend in Detroit. No matter what you are there for be it the famous memorial day music weekend, a sporting event, or otherwise, being able to walk to attractions, have peace and quiet, and extreme comfort is unmatched. The host was so clear and communicative, we will be back!

This was one of best VRBO properties I have ever stayed at. The home was clean spacious and well appointed. Ana was always quick to respond and very helpful. Everyone was comfortable and happy with the visit. Corktown is an incredibly vibrant community. Tons of restaurant and bar options within walking distance. Easy access to sports events downtown. When I come back to Detroit, I plan to book this property again!

The location was close to downtown venue for event. However, there are dangerous steps and staircases in the house. Older people stayed at the home (over 70) and the two uneven steps leading to the bathroom upstairs are very unsafe, as is the back stair case.
