Can't stop thinking about this precious home in an idyllic setting. My husband & I are retired, stayed here (April 2025) with our daughter/spouse & her family, grandkids ages 23 & 17. The home is stylish, well-appointed in every way. We did have a rental car because of 6 people & a lot of luggage, but would not need this otherwise. We rented a 6-passenger golf cart and tootled around to restaurants and the beach club daily. We loved lazy mornings sitting on the quaint front porch in our PJs with our coffee. After beach time, returned to Seaside nightly to eat & shop, just a few blocks on the golf cart to the city center. Our hosts made it SO easy & enjoyable. What a lovely home they have & so grateful they shared it with us! Look it up on VRBO--even better than the photos!!

We love Watercolor and this property was perfect for us. It is very comfortable, decorated nicely, and has all the important kitchen amenities, etc. Would definitely recommend!

This property is in excellent condition, and it is located in a very convenient area of Watercolor. We walked to the Watercolor Beach Club every day. If you are looking for a three bedroom, three bedroom vacation home, you will not be disappointed. The house is very clean, accommodations are nice, and the kitchen is well equipped (great coffee maker too). We enjoyed having coffee on the front porch each morning, and the house is located in a quiet area (about a block away from the more traveled roads in the neighborhood). Check in and check out was very easy too. My wife and I both said that we will stay here again. What a great vacation home!
