Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, Low-Speed Vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The house was great and the location was perfect for all of our needs. Walking distance to the town square and watercolor beach club. The house included bikes which allowed us to get around easily. We did get the heated pool which was a great addition since we were vacationing in October. All of the beds were comfortable and we all felt like we had our own space since every room came with its own bathroom. We did have a couple hiccups with water and tv, but both were remedied almost immediately. The host was able to answer all of our questions and led to a great and relaxing trip. Would definitely stay again.

The location of the house is fantastic! The outdoor area is perfect and relaxing. Unfortunately there were dirty dishes throughout the drawers and cupboards. Every person in our party pulled out a glass or utensil with dried food on or in it. Spent 1/2 a day washing as many dishes as I could. NOT what I go on vacation for. We contacted 360 and their first solution was to bring us more dishwasher tabs, but when we felt like that wasn’t enough, they did end up giving us a partial refund of the cleaning fee. I felt like it should have been refunded completely as clean dishes are a must for me, and that’s not what we got. The rest of the house was clean. Again, beautiful home in great location but…
