About this villa rental
This house was renovated from an old country house with a lot of charm. Respecting the previous aspect now has all the comforts of life today. It has two bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a very well equipped kitchen with a designer stove, a very large dining area and a huge and open living room with comfortable sofas. The porch is quite large with a wonderful barbecue. There is also a very large pool, a garden area with grass and palm trees. The house is located outside the town, in a very quiet situation, but only a few minutes drive to Calonge and some of the most beautiful beaches on the island.
In the summer months, air conditioning is included in the rental price with a fixed schedule (22:00 - 06:00). In the winter months, the air conditioning can be used to heat all day and night at no extra charge.

The villa was beautiful, very clean, and well equipped. We absolutely loved its rustic charm and the peaceful surroundings. The location was perfect—away from the crowds, yet only a short drive from some of the best beaches, restaurants, and attractions in the area. Our kids especially loved watching the sheep wandering around the property, which made the experience even more memorable. The pool was spectacular and quickly became everyone's favorite spot. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this villa to others.
It would have been helpful to receive some information about the house before check-in. For example, the air conditioning remote controls were hidden, so it took us quite a while to find them. We also had difficulty locating the correct Wi-Fi password, as the one displayed on the wall was not valid. It would also have been appreciated if the listing had mentioned that the living room air conditioner was not available for guests. During such hot weather, being able to use it would have made a big difference, and we would even have been happy to pay a small additional fee if that had been an option.
