About this house rental
Spacious country house on two levels with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and the distant sea. Several enchanting sandy coves are within a 5-10 minute drive, as is the nearby village of S'Horta, with a small supermarket, bakery, bars, and banks.
The ground floor features an open-plan living and dining area with access to a lovely covered terrace and the kitchen. The furniture has been renovated in a vintage style. Also on the ground floor are three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms each have two single beds and share a bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom offers a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there is another double bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. All three bathrooms have been recently renovated. A utility room is located at the rear of the house.
The bedrooms have air conditioning with fixed operating hours (8:00 PM - 6:00 AM). Central heating
The beautiful, curved 10 x 4.5 m pool is surrounded by palm trees and situated in front of the terrace. A built-in barbecue is located on a covered terrace, perfect for long evenings of al fresco grilling. There is also a second dining area on the terrace overlooking the pool and the surrounding countryside.
The legally mandated eco-tax is not included in the accommodation price and will be charged separately.

Das Haus war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Das Hauswartehepaar ist sehr nett. Einzig die Betten dürften gerne mal ersetzt werden. Sie sind sehr einfach und knarren bei der kleinsten Bewegung. Im oberen Bad braucht es sehr sehr lange bis das Wasser überhaupt lauwarm wird. Die Duschköpfe könnten in allen Bädern mal ersetzt werden.

Wir waren mit 6 Freunden eine Woche lang in dieser Finca und waren sehr zufrieden.
Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, die Küche ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Die 3 Bäder waren sauber, großzügig geschnitten, leider gab es im Obergeschoss nur lauwarmes Wasser.
Der Außenbereich ist traumhaft. Große überdachte Terrasse mit riesigem Massivholztisch. Der Pool ist sehr schön angelegt und auf der Grillstelle kann man größere Gesellschaften bekochen. Abgerundet wird das vom schönen Blick auf Portocolom und das Meer.
Als kleines Highlight wartet auch noch eine Tischtennisplatte.
Ein Manko waren die Betten, die doch recht weich und laut knirschend waren.
