If this process is not completed, paid parking is available on-site at $30 per day per vehicle, which includes unlimited in-and-out privileges. The community enforces strict policies against unauthorized vehicles, including tickets, booting, or towing. Vehicle information must be submitted before arrival to avoid parking issues.

We were in town for a concert and this apartment was perfect. There were six of us and we all slept comfortably. The apartment was very nice and cozy.It was a 15 minute walk to Broadway. An Uber was about 10 to all local attractions. Our host responded quickly to all questions and was very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville.

Overall the unit was nice, but did have some damage and a hole in the ice maker. I asked the host if there was an icemaker somewhere in the building. The location she gave me did not have one.
