About this apartment rental
Quality construction 2022! BEAUTIFUL VIEW from the apartment and the rooftop. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, close to 5th Avenue, the best restaurants, shops, grocery stores and most importantly the sea!
The apartment is located on the 5th floor with a magnificent view of the city and the ocean! The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, a TV with more than 2000 channels and everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful stay. Beach chairs included++++
The space
First of all, by renting our condo, you ensure that you are welcomed on site by our hostess Nathalie. In addition to accompanying you in the preparation of your trip and welcoming you on your arrival, Nathalie will make sure to accompany and support you throughout your stay if you have any problems or questions. All in French, English, Spanish or German!
The accommodations are located on the 5th floor of a secure building with elevator. It is very bright, especially in the morning when you can enjoy the sun's rays through the large windows.
Due to its unique height, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the city and see the ocean. In addition, a large furnished balcony allows us to enjoy the sunrises and enjoy the shaded afternoons.
The open concept accommodation benefits from a sliding door to separate the bedroom for more privacy. Everything comes fully equipped (kitchen accessories, beach chairs and accessories, grocery cart, etc.) to ensure you have a comfortable and functional stay.
The bathroom has a very large shower, two sinks and a private toilet.
A superb and large swimming pool is at your disposal on the roof to refresh your days.
The location of the building is incredible since it is located in a unique quadrangle (facing a park) and quiet but less than 10 minutes walk from all services and activities (beach, grocery stores, restaurants, etc.). In addition, you will find many of the best restaurants nearby.

Electricity costs are covered up to a consumption of 20Kwh per day, which is usually enough for normal and responsible use. An additional charge of 4 pesos will be charged on site for each additional kWh used.
