No había estacionamiento el carro se quedó en la lateral de la calle

This is a very quiet complex, close to one of the best beaches in playa del Carmen with no seagrass and sweet cenote water- Punta Esmeralda. The apartment itself is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a hot meal and have a comfortable lunch/dinner/breakfast especially if you have a small one. And if you need anything, and I mean ANYTHING… Rolando is just a message away:) He is super attentive and he even accommodated my request to stay on the ground floor so that I can transport my baby easily from the stroller. Upon checkout I had some troubles returning my rental car but Rolando gladly helped me and hold all my possessions safely inside the property. And just to top it off- I forgot a very special hand made knife from Crete and he made sure he saved it and returned it back to me. This is an exceptional customer service and an amazing place to relax and enjoy the best beach days!
