There is a Ring security camera located on the front door a Ring Floodlight in the carport. Both records movement & sound.
This is a duplex home with a top and bottom residence. The two residences share a private pool. Pool can be heated for $50/day plus tax and fees. This is the listing for renting the top resident.
The renter must ensure that all persons are aware of the hot tub & pool rules. Children should never be in the pool unattended and should not use the hot tub. The hot tub cover should be down and locked whenever not in use. Do not use the hot tub if you are pregnant or have consumed any intoxicating beverages. If you take medications, please consult a physician before using the hot tub. Be careful to avoid any slipping that may occur if water is on the area around the hot tub or pool. Do not add any chemicals to hot tub and pool. If there are any issues or the cover lock does not work, please contact the host immediately.
Our house includes many extras including a pack-n-play, beach towels, a beach wagon, beach toys, umbrella and a cooler.
Children under the age of 14 not permitted on elevator without an adult.
NO College Spring break groups.
NO SMOKING
Linens are included
Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, one trash bag per trash can and a travel-sized shampoo, conditioner and soap per bathroom.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We recommend trip insurance. We do not refund for weather.

Our stay here was amazing from start to finish. The property was well kept, clean and all the interior and exterior design was first class. Amenities were great, with walking distance to the beach, you was able to even see the ocean from the balcony! The host was always on call at any time night or day to answer any questions we had and overall lovely to deal with. Would hightly recommend this host and prooerty, our pets would too! With no extra fee for our dogs or weight limit this property is very accomidating for the whole family!
