Welcome to Cove's Edge! This sprawling 3,000-square-foot waterfront getaway is perched happily on a grassy knoll, looking east towards the sunrise over the sparkling waters of Town Cove. Located in Eastham on the border of Orleans, this property is centrally located for discovering the distinct charm and natural beauty of these storied seaside villages. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the direct access to the water to launch a kayak or a stand-up paddleboard. It's the ideal spot for the whole family! Boasting an expansive back deck, upper-level balconies, 4 bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms, there is plenty of room to spread out in this spacious home.
When you finally arrive after a long journey and enter through the bright blue front door, you're greeted by an open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. The airy space is made bright by a bay window and glass sliding doors that overlook the deck and the unbelievable water view beyond. When we entered the home, we were so excited! The water view was amazing! It’s such an open floor plan which we just loved. Every room had a wonderful view of the cove! There was so much space for our family. We really loved the vacation and being so close to the beach.We can’t wait to come back again! We were sad to have to leave!

Location has pros and cons but overall is wonderful. House faces water to the east—Wake up to gorgeous sunrises and enjoy the morning sun on the waterfront patio. When it’s super hot in the late afternoon/evening you will enjoy shade on the patio. Although the house is very close to route 6, you don’t have to worry about entering or exiting the driveway on that busy road! That’s a very big deal on the west side of Town Cove when the Cape gets crowded. The road this house is located on gets next to no traffic. The downside is you do hear some road noise from route six when sitting outside, but we certainly didn’t hear it inside or when trying to sleep. From this location, you can also walk to the grocery store or to your boat at a mooring/dock at Goose Hummock. You are also right at the rotary so you can quickly jump over to Rock Harbor for sunset or head up to Wellfleet or national seashore without dealing with any traffic in Orleans. Owners have thought of everything—nothing fancy, but nothing missing. Perfect for families. Can’t wait to go back!
