About this house rental
Sunny, heated pool, separate jacuzzi, and tons of grass area to play any game, plus gas grill, ample patio furniture and outdoor shower make this yard hard to leave. Pickleball court in the driveway with net you can roll in anytime you want to play! There is a place for everyone to relax - a beautiful front patio, screened in porch, covered back patio, separate TV family room, and sunny living room. However, should you want to boat, kayak or swim in the ocean, just three houses down (.01 mi) is Meeting House Pond/Town Landing and 2 miles to Nauset beach. Also, convenient to main street, bike trails, supermarkets, and restaurants.
Master Bedroom Suite: King bed with office and private bathroom including jacuzzi tub
Bedroom #2: Queen Bed + 1 twin bed, and private bathroom
Bedroom #3: Separate staircase with queen bed + twin bed with twin trundle and private bathroom
Bedroom #4: King bed (shared bath first floor)
Bedroom #5: Queen bed (shared bath first floor)
While linens and towels are not included in the standard rental, we can provide a linen service that can make up the beds for you prior to your arrival, or drop the linens/towels off at the front door. This helps us keep cleaning costs down which can be challenging on the Cape.

Kitchen – 4 stools, plus kitchen table seats 6-8
Family room – 50” TV, cable, comfy L-shaped couch

Front porch – the photo says it all. Perfect place to have morning coffee or afternoon drinks
Back patio with ample seating and new electric awning - sunny or shady it's your choice with a touch of a button.

A beautiful home on Cape Cod with tons of space for 5 couples to spread out and gather together. So much to do we didnt have time to enjoy it all. I would highly recommend this house for a family or friend reunion. Perfect for multiple families or one large exteded family. Well stocked kitchen, loads of out door seating and comfortable bedding.

Our family of 6 adults and 3 young children was very comfortable in this spacious home. We enjoyed relaxing on the big front porch, and made daily use of the heated pool. The two living rooms allowed us to spread out, and we appreciated having four full baths. The host was quick to respond to any question. The house is in a quiet, shady neighborhood, and only a short drive to the beach and many restaurants. We would definitely stay here in the future.

We had an amazing stay! The space was spotless and a perfect fit for our family. One of the highlights was definitely the pool—such a treat, especially on cloudy beach days. The location was also ideal, with plenty of restaurants nearby and even a ping pong table for some extra fun. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d definitely recommend it!

Everything about our weeklong stay was perfect. The house was everything we hoped for and needed for our annual family vacation. The best rental we have ever had. We were 8 adults and 2 toddlers. Plenty of living space inside and out. The property is so well kept and the pool was wonderful. Orleans was a perfect location for beaches, bike riding and towns to visit. We are Long Islanders and new to the Cape. We will definitely be back!
