The first floor offers a king bedroom and full bath, while upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms. Enjoy outdoor living in the 632 sq. ft. screened lanai with a wet bar, shared heated pool and BBQ. Welcome to your charming, historic 1919 Charleston-style vacation home, offering 2002 sq. ft. of Southern elegance in West Palm Beach. This two-story rental blends classic charm with modern amenities, perfect for families or groups seeking a memorable stay.
Upon arrival, convenient driveway parking leads to a welcoming 35” clear entry, and the first floor greets you with oak hardwood floors. Relax in the spacious living room, featuring a 65” 4K Roku TV, or dine in the formal dining room with a stylish Restoration Hardware set. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Adjacent to the kitchen, the family room offers a cozy Bloomie’s sectional and another 65” 4K Roku TV.
The first-floor king bedroom provides privacy and comfort with a large closet and nearby full bathroom. - No smoking is allowed inside the house.
- No Loud music can be playing outside.
- No pets are allowed inside or outside the house.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests stated in the rental agreement.
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay.
- Guest Must Not Flush Feminine products, toilet paper, diapers or any other items that can clog the toilets.
- Guests must abide by all local laws and regulations.
- Guests must respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
- Guests must leave the house in the same condition as it was upon check-in.
- Guests use the pool at their own risk.
Cancellation policy:
To receive a full refund (less 3.5% payment processing fee), guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. You can also get a full refund within 48 hours of booking if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in. If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you will not receive a refund.

- No smoking inside the house: Violation of this rule will result in an additional fee to "de-smoking" the house

Great location/convenient to convention center (3 blocks). Beautiful house inside and out. Clean, well maintained and kitchen was fully stocked with all appliances and accessories needed to prepare meals.Enjoyed the large covered outdoor screened-in patio and pool. Host was fabulous and responded super quick to all of our questions.Will book again if we attend any conferences in WPB again!

The house was perfect for our getaway. It's in a lovely, very walkable section of the city with easy access to everything we wanted to experience in the area. The house was clean and comfortable, and very well equipped. A lot of thought obviously went into its upgrades and furnishings. Communication was quick, easy, and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.
