About this house rental
Welcome to Beaufort! Located in historic downtown, this modern home blends coastal charm and comfort. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, it sleeps up to 6: a king-size bed in the primary, a queen in the second, and a trundle bed in the third. Fresh linens and towels are provided. Fully equipped kitchen as well.
Guests have full access to the home and off-street parking. Free pass to Hunting Island’s beach. FYI, long term tenants stay in the back apartment.
- Depending on the channel you book through, there may be a $500 pre-authorization hold on the card acting as a security deposit.
- Cancellations are subject to credit card fees.
- If there’s an issue or something breaks, just let us know as soon as it happens. We are much more lenient if you do so.
- Keep noise to a minimum after 9 pm. There is a noise ordinance between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am.
- Any type of event must be approved beforehand (typically not an issue, we just like to know). Also, large gatherings, such as weddings and reunions, are prohibited unless specifically approved by the City.
- No pets allowed without permission. If there is a pet on premise without permission, you will be charged $300 minimum.
- No smoking inside or you will be charged $300. It’s free to smoke outside.

This was a precious cottage in the historic District of Beaufort. The Host and his team were amazing. Communication was immediate. They were thoughtful and cared about how your experience was going. It had everything you needed from linens to toiletries and kitchen utensils. It also offered a Keurig and a coffee maker. In the evenings we enjoyed sitting on the screened porch and it was centrally located, so we could walk to all the restaurants and shops on Bay Street. The host also included a pass that allowed entry for 4 individuals to any local parks and some home tours. We definitely will come again.

A clean well equipped comfortable and spacious house with a good floor plan. It was perfect for the two of us to spread out.The quiet neighborhood is very convenient for walking to the shops and restaurants on Bay Street. The Hunting Island pass is a real plus because we love that beach. We would recommend it and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Over all it's well run and the owner is very conscientious about touching base in a timely manner.

Great house, nicely decorated as well as stocked well on many of the essentials. The location was great with an easy walk to downtown. Our host is very attentive and always responded quickly. We highly recommend this house. Thank you for a wonderful time.
