Newly renovated, a short stroll away from Pigeon Point Park & Boat Landing and only minutes away from Downtown Historic Beaufort.

- Keep noise to a minimum after 9 pm. There is a noise ordinance between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am.
- Any type of event must be approved beforehand (typically not an issue, we just like to know). Also, large gatherings, such as weddings and reunions, are prohibited unless specifically approved by the City.
