This home features: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed in Detached Loft | Plus Full Sleeper Sofa (living room)

OUTDOOR LIVING: Lovely patio with a shade structure, outdoor seating area, gas grill, patio heater, and a fire table. There is also a balcony with lounge chairs and an umbrella!

INDOOR LIVING: Multiple Smart TVs with streaming capabilities, board games, laptop-friendly workspace, separate loft area (perfect for older kids)

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, breakfast bar with seating for 2, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener

BATHROOMS: Jack and Jill ¾ Bath with a walk-in shower. We also include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, stacked washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, central heating and air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.

PET POLICY: Dogs Welcome...We love dogs! However... all pets must be pre-approved (no aggressive breeds) and a pet fee will be due at booking. Unapproved pets and excessive barking or aggression are grounds for removal of pets from the property or eviction of tenants.

FAQ: The loft is separated from the rest of the unit (located upstairs, above the garage). This bedroom has an A-frame ceiling with a maximum height of 5'9". There is no bathroom attached to the loft bedroom.

This is a wonderful property north of old town. It is super quiet and would be lovely for warm Fort Collins nights. We stayed during the middle of October, we weren’t outside the property much to enjoy the wonderful patio because it was parent weekend and we had some things to do. :) One caution I would have is to read the listing very carefully. The second room is detached and above the garage (it states it in the FAQ section…I missed it so it was my fault). But, there is only one restroom so another person would have to come inside from outside to use the bathroom at night. But, the property is clean, accommodations are comfortable and this is such a neatly remodeled carriage house!!
