Located in the Wonderful WindMark Beach community you will have access to all the amenities you could imagine to make this a vacation one that you will want to make a yearly tradition!
In the community you will have access to 2 resort style pools one of which is heated. Beach access is just a stroll down the picturesque boardwalk from the pool or at multiple other locations so you can enjoy white sand beaches from the private community access and a view of the gulf that you wont soon forget! Enjoy a run, bike ride or golf cart trip on a former beachside road that has been closed to traffic and converted into a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the sights!
The WindMark Community offers dining, shopping and equipment rentals at the small town center which is a golf cart ride away (You can drive as well as parking is available). You may also enjoy bonfires here or you can created one at the beach! Concerts are frequently held to provide entertainment and so much more!
The home provides a Luxury feel with Pottery Barn Furniture throughout, All-Clad Cookware, Dyson Stick Vacuum for those little messes and Premium Samsung Washer and Dryer are just a few items to make this stay relaxing and stress free! Did I mention this home is Brand New this December!

We booked this property to celebrate my friends 50th birthday. From the moment we walked in the door we knew this was a great house. Open floorplan on first floor with a table large enough to hold all 8 of us. Very large, comfortable sofa to accommodate everyone. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you may need. Beds were comfortable and the upstairs was roomy and well thought out. Neighborhood pool was relaxing, and the golf cart was super fun, though we got passed by everyone as the speed doesn't go above 16 miles per hour. If you have a large group, this is the house for you. Not many have 3 king beds, which was the selling point for us. The Big Dipper didn't disappoint.

It was perfect. We had the entire crew and stayed from Saturday to Thursday. There is room for lots of people to sleep. Two couches make pull outs, plus three king beds, a set of twins and bunk beds with full on bottom. The amenities were perfect. The washer and dryer was so big you could wash many towels at once. They had toys, and even two beach chairs you could use. They had everything you needed for the stay.

We loved this place! The house is new with beautiful interiors and is well stocked with everything you need. Especially the kitchen! The layout is fantastic for a large group. Even though you aren’t right on the beach, the golf cart gives you quick access to the beach road and the other Windmark property that has a heated pool, shops and restaurants. We loved being able to zip around on it.The owner was super responsive and answered any question I had quickly. They were a great host!Counting down the days when we can come back
