About this house rental
Walk to the pool on our street or walk to the beach. Newly built last year with all new comfortable beds and furniture! Ready for a remote work trip or vacation with the whole family? look no further! STR and MTR Welcome!
The space
ALL INCLUSIVE BEACH HOUSE VACATION:
Top rated Golf Cart in PSJ! Brand new with all 6 seats facing forward creating a safer and smoother ride. Easy connect to bluetooth for rockin out while you drive to the beach or Village Center!
Short walking distance or hop in the 6 Seater Golf cart for 10 seconds to arrive at the pool on our street! Also you can just park there and walk to the beach!
We have lots of chairs and beach equipment and toys to make your trip a memorable one!
Our House also gives free Access to nearby Village Center with heated pool (October-April), playground, restaurants, shops, dog park, and gym. Pet Friendly.
BEACHES:
WINDMARK BEACH: access from either end of the street to the beach boardwalk out our door
ST JOE BEACH: 3 minute golf cart ride (or 1-2 minute car ride) where you can use the boardwalk to access the beach paths
MEXICO BEACH- 10 minute drive
CAPE SAN BLAS- 30 minute drive
Once Booked you will receive a FULL DETAILED TOUR GUIDE link of the area with our top rated places to eat, drink, play, stores, etc! Also included is a full detailed list of our Beach supplies and indoor games. We have listed in detail of what each room is equipped with which makes traveling to a vacation spot easier on travel.

Top of the line filtered water system (select home have), Instant Pot, pots and pans, baking dishes, cookie sheets, mixing bowls, storage containers, cutting board, knife set, cooking utensils, grilling utensils, toaster, blender, plates, bowls, cups, flatware, serving bowls, pitcher, bar ware glasses (margarita glasses and wine glasses)
Coffee Lovers: French press , coffee grinder, and standard coffee maker with more supplied
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Free High Speed Internet, Central A/C & heat, ceiling fans (master suite and living room), towels, linens, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, stocked coffee bar.
For guest safety & ours, property has Ring Doorbell on front door, Ring camera on side of garage facing out, and a Ring camera in the back facing towards the pond.
Parking in our neighborhood is only allowed in the driveway (no street parking per HOA guidelines).
You can walk, bike, take a golf cart, or drive to the beach. Parking is available at/near the boardwalk entrances and community pool. Private and public beach access available.

~Swim in the luxurious warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
~ Two community pools (one on our street and the other is a few minute golf cart ride to the Village Center)

Four beaches close by, that ranges from walking distance of a few minutes to a couple minute drive in St Joe Beach or Mexico Beach. Cape San Blas is a 30 minute drive
Other things to note
This is a brand new development with new homes going up. As you enter the neighborhood could pass through construction of the homes further back in the development. We also have no control of wildlife in the area.

We stayed at this home just recently. Great home, short walk or golf cart ride to pool or beach. House was nice, clean and had really anything you would need from beach equipment, blackstone grill, really nice golfcart, etc. We dont have smaller children anymore but we even had a high chair, bouncy chair and baby bath chair if we would have needed. Seems that the owner really put thought into what people would need here.

We absolutely loved this property. It had all the things we needed for our kids at the house and for the beach. The home was beautiful, and very kid friendly. We also loved the neighborhood and how close we were to the beach and the pool.
