Located between the beaches of Big & Little Corona Del Mar while only 2 blocks from the shops on PCH, this home is ideal for the older couple or business individual looking to live near it all. From this home not only can you walk down to the beach but there are several world-class restaurants all within a short 3-7 minute walk. For those who don't know that area, The Shops at Fashion Island, Balboa Island, Downtown Laguna Beach, Crystal Cove, and Newport Coast are all just a few minutes by car/Uber.

Our home is located in an active beach community. As is common in these areas, noise from construction, municipal services, beachgoers, vehicle and air traffic, adjacent homes, and nearby commercial or residential spaces may occur. Noise outside of our control will not constitute a refund or rental cancellation.
Quiet Hours Notice
Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.
Pet Policy
This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
-Rooftop Patio is available to our guests during their stay. However, the homeowner reserves the right to utilize the patio up to 3 days per month with a 48 hour notice.
- All reservation must be 30+ Nights to qualify to meet our city rental restrictions.
-Trash needs to be sorted by recycling or trash. Trash is collected on Thursday and cans must be placed outside in the alley for pickup.
