Beautiful, cozy & spacious 2 BR/2BA condo located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood overlooking a resort-style lake with fountain and lush greenery, assigned, covered parking stall, community pool, club house, tennis & pickle ball court, BBQ area, jogging/walking paths all around the neighborhood and minutes from 5th Ave & beaches.
This exquisite and rarely available property features a master bedroom with a king bed, a comfortable La-z-boy recliner, spacious dresser, ensuite bathroom with walk-in closet, a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds, dresser & rocking chair.
The Master bathroom has a shower and toilet and the guest bathroom a shower/bathtub combo.
The living room and dining area is airy & spacious featuring cathedral ceilings, smart TV, DVD player, Bose Wave Radio/CD player, Bose Bluetooth Speaker and has direct access to the screened in lanai.
The kitchen has a kitchen nook & bar and features a new dishwasher & fridge, oven/range, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, milk foamer, toaster oven, citrus juicer, hand mixer, chopper, blender, rice cooker & more!

We booked this condo without really being familiar with Naples, and we just hoped that this location would fit our needs. It turned out that not only was this condo exceptionally clean and comfy, it’s location was perfect for us. It was so close to everything that mattered to us ( several choices for groceries, gas, services). Best of all was the short drive to Old Naples where we enjoyed the exquisite shops and restaurants as well as the fun filled Saturday morning at the 3rd St. farmers market. The beaches here are just glorious and parking is so easy.
Our host Tanja,was exceptionally gracious and gave us all the info that we needed, and readily answered any questions we had.
Overall we had a wonderful 2 month stay here and I would have no qualms about recommending this place to anybody.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay immensely. The owners were friendly and responsive, and the condo is quiet, roomy, well-located, and beautifully furnished. Every thing we needed was provided. We would definitely stay there again.

The property was just like the description and the pictures on the website, very big and spacious. We enjoyed riding the bikes, swimming and enjoying the quietness of the condo. The owner helped me find a great bakery that was nearby (Wynns) and was always very helpful if I asked a question, they answered quickly..
