• Parking is available in front of the building and in a parking garage located on Cassandra Lane.
• Guests will need to retrieve the keycard from the room in order to access the parking garage.
Things to know
• Mr. Vaporizer performs a monthly preventative treatments in every unit:
- 2nd Wednesday : Tower floors 2nd to 9th
- 3rd Wednesday : Tower floors 10th to 15th and Villa 1 and Villa 2
This is mandatory to ensure you have a wonderful stay and to make sure you do not take home any unwanted guests. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
• There are 6 pools, 1 kiddie pool, 1 lazy river (across the street), opens from 10am to 11pm.
House rules
• A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
• For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will result in a $500 fine and grounds for immediate eviction. In addition to the fine, there will be a charge for any cleaning costs.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $500.00 fine.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited, will be charged a $500 fine and grounds for immediate eviction.
• If you exceed the maximum allowed number of occupants, a penalty of $500 will be applied. Gatherings/occupancy of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
• Grilling on balconies or grounds is prohibited. Any violation of this policy will incur a $500.00 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.
• No items should be dropped or thrown from the balcony.

My best friend and i stayed here with our teenage sons. It was my friend's first time at the ocean, and she spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the water.The property was VERY clean, beds were comfotable, and the stocked kitchen was very convenient. It was so wonderful to be able to walk down to the beach...it takes about 3 minutes from the room to the water. The pools were nice and there were several options. Parking wasn't ideal as we had to cross the street each time, but it was in a secure garage which made me feel safer. The view was incredible. I would absolutely stay here again if we visit Myrtle Beach in the future!

Huge oceanfront balcony. Clean and well stocked. Great security. A 2 minute walk to parking garage but easy access in and out. No beach chairs or umbrellas provided but can rent for around 200. We didn’t use the pools but they looked very nice. Easy and close beach with lifeguards on duty till 6pm. We walked to restaurants, bars, and putt putt but options are limited for walking. There is a Walmart grocery very close as well (10 min walk). Also, close to airport and our uber was under 10 to get there. We met our son who had a car so we were able to go to other areas easily. We didn’t cook but full kitchen and dishwasher with soap etc. Very clean building, condo, and beach.
