The condo was very clean and nice, it obviously had been renovated since our booking last year. The furniture was very comfortable and the views from the balcony were fantastic. The kitchen utensils need updating, we had to purchase forks, coffee mugs, can opener and a few other items; there were no hot mats available.
While at the condo, we would have liked to book this condo again for next year; but book that condo had staffing issues.

We had a great stay at this property for the week of 4th of July. While that week is crowded, the traffic and accessibility to stores and restaurants were still bearable. We had an issue with the television in the living room not working and the management company replaced it the next day. It was the perfect place for myself, my husband, and our two older teen/young adult kids.

If you are looking for an affordable, on the beach, low traffic, away from touristy events, comfortable condo this is your condo. (This was our search criteria and it matched!)
The condo is right on the beach located at the end of Thomas Drive with minimal people and car traffic. The view is amazing! It is located very close to St. Andrews State Park. There are stores and restaurants in walking distance. We loved Patches! Excellent food and service and that place is always hopping.
Parking was easy and not cramped. Elevators were quick and not long waits at all. On site security was comforting. We always loved seeing the security cat Garfield in their building when we came and went.
Our stay was without any issues and Book that Condo was in contact throughout our stay.
If you are looking for a perfect condo without minor imperfections or wear and tear, this will not meet your needs. The condo was clean and comfortable but had obvious signs of use. The kitchen had supplies that you could make work for the week, again it’s not gonna be brand new items but I have grown to expect that when staying in heavily used condos.
We would not hesitate to book this condo, the Commodore, or with Book that Condo in the future.
The only reason I did not score a five is because of the over time wear and tear of the condo. That was not a deal breaker for us but could be for others.
