About this house rental
Recently remodeled and spacious 3 bedroom house less than 15 minutes away from all of San Diego's main hotspots.
The space
This 3 bedroom 1 bath is very spacious and was recently remodeled. It features an open floor plan with its own living room area and a dining room area. There are 3 ceiling fans in the house, 1 portable AC and 1 standing fan to keep you cool. Although it gets a good breeze so simply creating a draft by opening the windows will usually do the trick.
The kitchen is upgraded, spacious and is fully equipped with essentials.
The bathroom also has been upgraded and features the best water pressure you’ll find in San Diego.
Both the front yard and the back yard are fully enclosed. So dogs will love it!
Guest access
You have exclusive access to the entire house and front yard. The backyard has a detached studio which is a seperate airbnb. You do not have have access to this studio. The backyard and driveway are shared.
Other things to note
There's another separate and detached rental in the backyard. You do not have access to this unit and should not disturb those guests. They have their own entrance but the driveway and backyard are shared.
Pet friendly but Pet fees apply. Be sure to add your pet 2 dog max to the reservation prior to booking.
