Comes equipped with original Hardwood floors throughout and rare cedar walls. Amenities include Full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and stove, refrigerator, pots, pans, plates, utensils, glasses, etc., Free WIFI Internet,Amazon Firestick Media Devices with Apps, flatscreen TV in Living room and tv in master bedroom, washer/dryer inside unit, private brick patio with BBQ and reserved parking (23' length- Parallel Parking). It is 1/2 block from the ocean, a little off the beaten path, on a quiet court, 1 block to bay.
This Cottage is 1/4 Mile to Pacific Beach, just a few steps to Old Mission beaches shops, and restaurants and 1 Mile to Belmont Park (Mission Beach Amusement Park): Indoor olympic size pool, jacuzzi, and health club. Great for every age: Roller coaster, rides, jungle gym, go carts, glowing the dark miniature golf, Laser tag, climbing wall, cat walk, escape room, etc. Lots of restaurants and shops steps away and miles of boardwalk for strolling, biking, and blading. Lots within walking distance.
Extremely close to all restaurants, shops, bike rentals, surfboard rentals, para sailing, jet skis, etc.

"Super close to the beach. Good for little ones to use the bathroom and come back to make sandwhiches for lunch. Just wish there were non stick pans to cook up eggs and bacon. Difficult to cook in glas..."
