The perfect holiday apartment to escape with your family or a loved one, the property benefits from a terrace which can be accessed through floor-to-ceiling glass doors from the living area. The terrace enjoys views over the central street of Alassio. Guests can relax in the comfortable seating area under a shady umbrella, the ideal alfresco alternative for casual dining or drinks at the end of a busy day.
Inside the property enjoy an open-plan living area furnished with a dining table, air conditioning, a comfortable sofa, and a large flat-screen smart TV. A contemporary separate kitchen fitted with a gas hob, an oven, a dishwasher, and a fridge freezer.
The apartment consists of two levels which are connected by a staircase with 10 steps.

Bedroom 2: Upstairs there is a bedroom with two single beds. The room adjoins a bathroom equipped with shower, sink and toilet
