    Love this hotel! my partner loves it too. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, they were very helpful! Place was very pretty. Our room was very spacious and clean, they decorated it nicely. The bathroom was nice. The hotel also has a spa and a rooftop bar. It is also very near the city town center, you can walk to the lake. I will surely go back to this hotel.

    The location is superb. Right next to Hoan Kiem Lake if you want a slow walk to soak everything in, or just a few streets away you’re right in the heart of Old Quarter. Staff were super friendly, and always happy to help with any queries. 10/10. Will stay here again!

    All staff are so nice and accomodating. Had an issue with an ATM down the street that took money from my account without dispensing any cash. So they called the bank for me since I do not speak vietnamese, and had it resolved.

    Small room with no window, and I could hear the neighbors clearly. On the plus side, the staff really tried and were attentive. Overall, decent service—but the room comfort and noise level held it back.
