Aethos Mallorca

From the moment we arrived, we knew we’d made the right choice. The team welcomed us warmly, helped with our luggage, and made us feel genuinely looked after throughout our stay. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the hotel went above and beyond by upgrading our room and leaving us a beautiful surprise message on the window. It was completely unexpected and such a thoughtful touch that made our trip even more special. The facilities were fantastic, especially the gym and spa, and we really enjoyed the daily programme on offer. The atmosphere was relaxed, with lots of like-minded couples, which made it feel even more enjoyable. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Whether we needed taxis arranged for dinner each evening or recommendations during the day, the staff handled everything seamlessly. Overall, we had an incredible stay and genuinely didn’t want to leave. It was excellent value for money, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

Well presented hotel with good views but in terrible location which is very down market and not at all in keeping with hotel. Surrounding village is very tacky, no nice shops or cafes to walk to. Beach is ok but very crowded and water not overly clear or inviting. Very very small rooms and tiny bathrooms, no proper ledge for wash bag or to do make up. Numerous issues from power cut to tv not working, no fitness classes despite being advertised , speakers at pool don’t work properly resulting in annoying on/off of music playing. Eventually a fitness class was added after lots of requests, all those who booked told the wrong time. Seems very inexperienced staff who do not reply to queries. Have to constantly chase. Very poor in a hotel at this level. Hopefully the staff and service issues will improve but the location is unfortunate and makes it very isolated.. Whilst a lovely view you need to get taxis everywhere.
