This was our first trip away with a baby so we wanted something that would be hassle free and this ticked all the boxes.
First of all , the hotel is actually so much better than any pictures we saw. The overall quality of the hotel was great.. We had a swim up room which was really nice and worth the extra money as was going all inclusive.
Food: there’s a buffet restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner ,offering a good selection of meals daily. There’s also 3 other restaurants open for dinner which are also included in the all inclusive package which I thought was great.
Service: the staff were all lovely from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out.
Entertainment: there was entertainment on every night, although it’s your stereotypical stuff. Once it finished around 10pm there’s not much going on.
Theres a decent pool bar where you can get a good cocktail. Bar staff were great especially the young girl, I didn’t catch her name but she made lots of effort with us and our little boy..
There’s stuff happening daily around the pool which is great for families and kids.
The gym and spa were both decent compared to other hotels.
I think the hotel could benefit from music at pool during the day and music in the bar at night. My only criticism.
Overall we had a really good stay and would definitely go back,
