Is stay ki sabse badi khamiyan: Untrained Staff: Hotel ka staff, khas karke receptionists, bilkul untrained aur unprofessional hain. Unhe kisi baat ki samajh nahi hai aur guest handling bilkul nahi aati. Overpriced Food & Hidden Charges: Khana zaroorat se zyada mehenga hai aur bill mein unnecessary hidden charges add kar diye jaate hain. Bad Infrastructure: Baar-baar light chali jaati hai. Hotel ki aadhi se zyada amenities—jaise selfie corner aur bar—poori tarah band pade the. Strict & Unhelpful Policies: Pehli raat ke baad hi hum hotel change karna chahte the, lekin unki rigid policies ki wajah se majbooran 2 nights rukna pada. Isse kahin achhi service aur facilities toh kisi ₹2,000 wale hotel mein mil jaati hain. Unprofessional management aur kharab service ki wajah se hamara special occasion poori tarah ruin ho gaya.
