Residenza Al Lago is just a 10-minute stroll from the historic heart of Riva del Garda on the northern tip of Lake Garda. On the 2nd floor (with lift) of a new building, with high-quality finishes and a high energy rating, the apartment sleeps 2 people. It is perfect for a couple looking to explore one of the most picturesque regions of Italy.
The airy, open-plan living room is tastefully decorated with modern furniture, including a bright sofa, flat-screen TV and French windows that open onto two large private balconies that run along the entire length of the apartment on two sides. Both offer panoramic mountain views. The larger balcony also looks out over the city centre and is furnished with a trendy hanging chair and table and chairs, where guests can enjoy meals al fresco, a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
Back inside, the dining table and chairs are next to the well-equipped kitchen. Here you will find an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge/freezer and a toaster.

Bedroom: The airy master bedroom has a double bed, extensive wardrobes and a door out onto the balcony.
Bathroom
The independent bathroom is well-appointed with a large glass shower, basin, bidet and WC.

The villa is very well located for discovering the charming town of Riva del Garda and 10 minutes from the Spiaggia Sabbioni on Lake Garda. The town has everything visitors need for a relaxing and fun holiday. Travellers can immerse themselves in the local culture, visit historic landmarks such as the Apponale Tower (10-minute walk), and browse through quaint boutiques and artisanal shops.
For self-catering, the town’s weekly farmers’ market takes place every Friday morning from 8am to 1.30pm. Here you will find the freshest local produce to try at home.
Adventurous visitors will enjoy the lakefront hiking and cycle routes as well as beaches on the lake for swimming, paddle boarding and boating. Away from the water, the surrounding region offers numerous hiking and biking trails, allowing adventurers to explore the breathtaking landscapes of the Trentino region. The picturesque hiking trails of Nago-Torbole and the amazing Bussate-Tempesta Adventure Park are both about an 8-minute drive. For rock climbers, the renowned climbing capital of Italy, Arco (which also has a fascinating medieval castle) is just a 15-minute drive away.
