Find yourself in the ultimate wine country home in the heart of Dry Creek Valley. Surrounded by vineyards, just minutes from the world class galleries and restaurants of downtown Healdsburg, our completely renovated farm house is ideal for families and friends, whether as a retreat or whether to celebrate life's great moments. Enjoy morning coffee in our rocking adirondack chairs on the front deck overlooking our grounds and vineyards in the distance. Bask in afternoon sun in our private back yard with pool and hot tub, or grab some shade on our outdoor furniture under our cheerful umbrellas. Enjoy evening sunsets over the western Sonoma hills by the fire table or while dining al fresco. After dinner, enjoy a game of pool or play music in the poolside party barn, or a game of backgammon at our backgammon table on our sunporch. In other words, enjoy the many iconic wine country moments our home can allow you to share with your most cherished family and friends.
The main house features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on two levels. On the main level, each room has an incredibly comfortable king bed and full bathroom, all newly remodeled, and downstairs the bedroom may be configured for either two twins or a king, whichever your prefer. Of course, the party barn includes a queen sofa bed and a half bath for larger groups.
The house enjoys full air conditioning and heating, to cool the hot summer days and warm the cool nights during the rest of the year. The kitchen enjoys all new appliances, and our utility room is fully stocked with a new washer dryer. For cool or rainy days, curl up in front of the wood-burning fireplace in the living room, or on the hanging rattan chairs in the sun porch.
For keeping up with your favorite teams or shows, entertain your group with wi-fi connected flat screen TVs, whether in the party barn or in the downstairs family room. For friends, the house has a Sonos system to enjoy music wherever you find yourself, whether in the main house, pool side in the backyard or while enjoying a glass of wine by the frontyard fire table.
