A Magnificent, Newly Renovated Property with spectacular, elevated views of the beautiful town of Healdsburg and of the splendor of its surrounding vineyards. The owners of this magnificent three acre estate just outside Healdsburg have recently completed a total renovation of their beautiful home – a renovation marked by their unwavering insistence upon quality, elegance and style. The photographs speak for themselves…
The estate sits on the top of a rise and benefits from exceptional panoramic views of the vine-laden Russian River, Alexander and Dry Creek Valleys and of Mount St. Helena.
In addition to the main three bedroom house, there is a guest cottage which offers a fourth bedroom, a pool house with a covered pergola and a detached garage.
The external amenities include a heated pool, a hot tub, a covered dining area with a gas fueled grill, Mugnaini pizza oven and a fire pit, perfect for those cool Wine Country evenings. There are numerous, comfortable exterior seating areas from which to contemplate the mature beauty of the estate’s grounds, with its extraordinary cork oak, its palms, its redwoods, its fruit orchard and many stunning plants and flowers.
The main house features on its first floor a comfortable living room with access on to an east facing deck, a media room, a dining room and a large modern newly equipped kitchen with breakfast area.
Upstairs, a gallery and a study space accompany three bedrooms. The master has a walk-in closet and a stunning bathroom with a soaking tub, separate walk-in shower and access on to a private deck. A second full bathroom is available for guests adjacent to the other two bedrooms.
A third, full bathroom is located in the pool house, for the use of the occupants of the guest cottage.
Equipped with wireless internet throughout, the home has plenty of room to work in the study or lounge outside with your laptop. We are minutes away from downtown Healdsburg and many of the most well-known wineries in Sonoma County and an easy drive from the Greater San Francisco Bay Area and Santa Rosa airport.
The owners are investors in a successful London restaurant and in Healdsburg’s outstanding wine bar, Maison. Our team will be happy to assist with advice on local restaurants and wineries to visit, and with bookings. Bottles from their remarkable wine collection can, by prior arrangement, be made available through Maison.
