Quietly located in the hills outside the picturesque town of Stresa, La Pergola Di Elisa apartment is the perfect choice for couples or small families. Situated on the ground floor of a two-story building, this peaceful retreat enjoys a shared garden with an outside table and chairs. Here guests can enjoy alfresco dining, a morning coffee or simply unwind in the sun surrounded by the tranquillity of the lush surroundings.
Inside the open-plan living space is furnished with a double sofa bed, a smart flatscreen TV and incorporates a kitchen-diner which is equipped with; a dining table, a coffee machine, a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave and a fridge freezer.

The apartment is situated in Someraro a historic village in the hills above Stresa (a 12-minute drive). The village is ideally located for accessing Monte Mottarone (a 30-minute drive) where guests can ski in the Winter or hike and mountain bike in the Summer. Guests will also find numerous trails that connect Someraro with other nearby villages and offers a route down to Stresa with a combination of lake and mountain views.
Stresa itself is situated on the shores of Lake Maggiore’s Borromean Gulf. The town enjoys many Belle Époque-style buildings and villas. It’s main attractions are the picturesque Borromean Islands, which are known for their opulent palaces and well-manicured gardens. The islands can be reached via one of the ferries in the port (a 14-minute drive away).
The beautiful Park Villa Pallavicino and two local beaches are approximately a 15-minute drive away. There are two restaurants within a 5-minute drive from the apartment and several supermarkets within a 12-minute drive. For golfers, Golf Club Alpino di Stresa is a 6-minute drive and Golf Des Iles Borromees is a 13-minute drive.
