Our apartments are located in Levo, a popular location on the immediate hills of Stresa, (5 km) at 600 meters above sea level and a perfect starting point for the many excursions that Lake Maggiore offers.
The BELVEDERE 2 apartment, next to Belvedere 1, has an independent entrance, a garden in common with Belvedere 1 with barbeque, large PRIVATE terrace equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs, living room with kitchenette with single sofa bed, double bedroom, bedroom with 2 bridge beds, bathroom with shower and window, washing machine and closet. In a few minutes by car, the main tourist attractions, beaches, swimming pools and 2 golf courses can be reached.

Lovely views with all the amenities mentioned in the description. The kitchen was perfect, the washing machine worked well and the bed was comfortable and the parking was nearby. We didn't need the back room so used it to store our luggage. The weather patterns are changing and first few days when we got there it was so windy and cold, in September mind you, and Michele helped us out. We greatly appreciate her help. She was a great hostess. She made suggestions of areas to visit, such as Orta, which we did and really enjoyed it. I would recommend staying here. Tourist attractions, large supermarkets and good restaurants nearby and overall a nice place to relax once the weather got nicer.

The appartment is set in the hills above lake Maggiore, overlooking the villages of Stresa and Baveno and the view from the balcony is spectacular. It is just a short drive to each village but a hire-car is essential, especially if staying with kids. Because one is up in the hills, away from the villages, there is practically no noise and at night, one can enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony with just the sound of the crickets to accompany them. The appartment has been recently refurbished and is beautifully decorated and, more importantly, perfectly clean. It had everything that we required for our stay and, as we were staying with two infants and one baby, we needed a broad range of utilities. There was no bath in the appartment but that is just one small drawback. There are a couple of small shops within easy reach in whcih to buy essentials and the larger supermarkets are just a short drive down the motorway - Gravellona is approx 10 mins' drive from Baveno. The landlady was friendly and informative and all transactions and communications were carried out with little fuss. Overall, a lovely place to stay and I would definitely consider it again in the future.

"We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable for us (family with 2 kids, 4 and 6 years old). It''s a new house, in good condition and very clean. The owner, Michaela, is very friendly and helpful. This is a good choice if you are looking for a quiet place in natural surroundings. The views on the Lago Maggiore and the mountains are incredible! You absolutely need a car here, but that was not a problem for us."

"Apartment was perfect for our family vacation and met out every expectation. It is new, cozy, beautifully furnitured, quit and very well equipped with every facilities family needs away from home. The owner was very pleasant and provided us with all information we asked for. Property is located in very nice village of Levo near Stresa – ideal to all places of interest and surrounded by forests. The view to the Lago Maggiore and Isola Madre is fascinating and you really just can stay in the apartment and enjoy the view all day long. I would definitely recommend everyone, looking for quality vacation with homelike convenience. "

The apartment was very nicely renovated. Very modern. The kitchen was fully equipped. The second room was a great kid's room. Incredible view. Very close to Stresa, and to the Mottarone. Stresa is a very cute little town with great access to all the islands. Michela was extremely friendly and helpful. When I managed to fall and injure my head, she made a trip to the pharmacy to get me some bandages and first aid supplies. We had a very nice holiday.

Kleiner Ort, ca. 600 m hoch über Stresa. Lage der Wohnung sowie Blick auf den See von der großen Terrasse sind sensationell. Ausstattung der Wohnung ist zufriedenstellend. Angenehmes Klima auch bei hohen Außentemperaturen, da die Terrasse ab mittags voll im Schatten liegt und immer eine frische Brise weht. Wir hatten bei Außentemperaturen von rd. 30 Grad nie mehr als 23,5 Grad in der Wohnung. Leider gibt es einen leicht muffigen Geruch in dem kleinen Zimmer mit Etagenbetten, da dies nur über ein Fenster verfügt, welches in einen weiteren Kellerraum angrenzt. Dessen Fenster waren zwar immer geöffnet, jedoch konnte dies den leicht muffigen Geruch nicht verhindern. Jedoch waren in der Wohnung Duftspender angebracht. Wir haben nachts die Türen innerhalb der Wohnung alle offen gelassen, dann ging es. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung allein wegen der oben beschriebenen Lage absolut zu empfehlen.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances. Les enfants étaient ravis (15, 13 et 6 ans). Les photos reflètent bien la réalité. L'appartement (Belvédère 2) est très bien : au calme, pratique, propre et bien équipé. Accueil très sympathique et chaleureux de Michela. La vue de la terrasse, sur le lac et les montagnes, est magnifique. Beaucoup de belles choses à découvrir.

Superbe appartement avec une terrasse donnant une vue panoramique sur le lac Majeur. Tout était magnifique et Michella, la propriétaire est très gentille. Très propre et excellent rapport qualité/prix. Les photos représentent bien la réalité. La région est très belle et les resto pas chers et souvent très bons. Wir hatten 3 Wochen lang eine traumhafte Zeit am Lago Maggiore! Morgens blinzelt die Sonne ins Schlafzimmer und auf der Terrasse mit dem herrlichen Ausblick schmeckt das Frühstück besonders gut.Die Wohnung war sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und auch die WLAN Verbindung hat ausgezeichnet funktioniert. Eine Parkmöglichkeit befindet sich vor dem Grundstück. Michaela war immer sofort zur Stelle wenn sie gebraucht wurde und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben die uns sehr nützlich waren. Die Gegend rund um den Lago Maggiore ist wunderschön und interessant. Wir haben die italienischen Menschen ins Herz geschlossen sie sind hilfsbereit und freundlich ! Un sans faute pour cet appartement avec une vue de carte postale. L'appartement est soigné et très propre. L'annonce est conforme tant au niveau de la description que des photos. L'appartement est idéalement situé et très calme. La propriétaire est très accueillante et parle très bien le français. Adresse à recommander sans hésitation.

Un très beau séjour dans cet appartement avec une vue vraiment exceptionnelle sur le Lac Majeur. Jardin fleuri idéal pour les enfants et très belle terrasse sur le Lac. Un excellent accueil de la part de Michela. Appartement propre et fonctionnel, draps et serviettes fournis. Un tout petit bémol au niveau de l'équipement: il manque un micro-onde et c'est un peu juste en vaisselle. L'éclairage est un peu juste pour le soir, cela manque de lampes. Très bon point de départ pour visiter la région.

this very nice apartment is located in a very quite area in the back-country of Stresa. For those who does not mind a 5 km drive uphill from Stresa will be rewarded with a great view on the lake and mountains. We love to sit on the big balcony looking to that great panorama. The apartment is very good equiped and we don´t miss anything. Thanks a lot to Michela for her gentle support prior and during out stay. Very recommended for a nice and recreative holiday.We´ll come again.

Il faudrait bien plus que des mots pour décrire ce lieu absolument magnifique et à couper le souffle. On ne lasse pas de la vue du lac et des montagnes. La terrasse est sublime, l'appartement parfait et impeccable et l'hôte absolument charmante. Un pur ravissement pour les yeux et pour découvrir les beautés du lac et de ses environs. Bien situé pour se rendre à Milan accessible par train à partir de la ville, tout en bas de la côte. Nous vous souhaitons d'y passer d'aussi beaux moments que nous. Nous en garderons un souvenir impérissable.

We had a very good week (from 12 juli til 19 juli) in the appartment. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace overlooking the lake when we were at home. It was well equipped. Everything you might need was there. When it was hot in Stresa it was nice driving up to Levo again where it was a bit cooler.
