About this apartment rental
Cozy, big and comfortable apartment next to St. Peter’s Basilica in Vatican (1 mins walk), Mausoleum of Hadrian (aka Castel Sant'Angelo) and the Vatican Museums (both 10 mins walk away).
Shopping district around Via Cola di Rienzo is just 5 mins walk away.
The “Ottaviano” metro station is just 10 minutes on foot and three stops away from Spanish Steps and Rome historic center.
The apartment is ideal for those who are looking for a comfortable and relaxing location to visit Rome.
The apartment is composed of 3 double bedrooms (bed size 160 x 190 cms) each with an ensuite bathroom (two with shower and one with tube), a living room with dining zone, a kitchenette and another bathroom with shower.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, smart TV (in the living room), autonomous air conditioning (fan coils in each bedroom and in the living room), autonomous heating (through fan coils), Nespresso, kettle and toaster.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

- Private guided tours to archeology sites or museums.
- Rome private custom sightseeing tour in a golf cart.
Toilet use: Don't throw anything in the toilet but toilet paper. Failure to comply with this rule could cause serious damage to the toilet and lead to charge for repair costs. All other objects (e.g. cotton buds, dental floss, ...) must be thrown into the bin.
As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian.
For stays equal to or greater than 14 days, a payment of € 200 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Never leave the keys inserted in the inside keyhole of the apartment door.
If during the stay we have to come and open the apartment door because the keys have been forgotten inside, this has a cost of €25 till 7pm and 50€ after 7pm to be paid in cash to the staff member who will come to open the apartment.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.

Donatella was wonderful! The property was lovely for me and 3 girlfriends. I love being on the corner of Borgo Pio and all the restaurants AND a quick 2 minute walk from the Vatican. Donatella permitted us to check in early, arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport, met us at the property to explain ev ET thing and arranged a driver to return us to the airport at the end of our stay. The apartment was nicely furnished, extremely clean and very comfortable. The beds were a bit too firm but a minor issue with all the positive amenities!!! We can’t say enough about this location!!!

The place was very clean and the property owners were extremely easy to work with. We were there for 2 week! Its definitely a place we would stay again! Only recommendation would be for extended stays like ours, you will need to buy toilet paper and maybe bring an extra towel unless you choose to pay to have it cleaned during your stay. It was a dream to stay here.
