Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Directions to to access the entrance and our room was clear and concise. Our rooms was clean. Location was nice and quiet, with many access to all different type of eateries. Would definitely stay here again.

Spotless property that felt very safe. Location was perfect! The hosts were kind and helpful, Eumir arranged for taxi transport back to the airport which was awesome. I had a very early arrival and there was flexibility with our check in time. Our room didn’t have any natural light but was equipped and well cared for. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay as Casa Lasai Puebla. Eumir was a wonderful host, very kind and gave us amazing recommendations for places to eat and things to do which was very helpful. The room was so clean and we loved the rooftop patio. It was a perfect for location for us to walk to the main huge park and also to walk to many restaurants in Roma Norte. We would definitely stay here again and we highly recommend this hotel!
