Avoid - Host cancelled booking on the day of arrival
We unfortunately didn’t get to stay at this property. I chased for check in information and didn’t receive it. On the day of the booking I tried to call and message the host as we had arrived in Birmingham with no details on check in. The host didn’t respond to my calls (straight to voicemail). They then text to say we couldn’t stay as there has been a flood (?!) and that I would need to phone booking.com to get a refund. Myself and my colleagues then had to quickly find last accommodation for that evening, which ended up very stressful.

The property is a bit warm . I requested more fans for the room and living room but my request was not addressed. Hand soap was empty

Lovely apartment, clean and secure.
Comfortable, very clean, plenty of space, good wifi and TV channels, great kitchen/living space. Parking space (see below though). Easy to find. Some little things to make it even better: hand rail in bathroom, non-slip mat in bath/shower, key safe. Would stay again if we feel brave enough to drive in Birmingham!!
Says wheelchair accessible, but have to access car park via a code (need to get out of the car). Parking spaces are narrow - we had to unload cases, and passengers got out the car before parking.. Heavy door from the car park accessed with key fob, lift up to 5th floor, then long corridor with several fire doors to negotiate. Keys had to be collected from small convenience store a few minutes drive away, that had narrow steep steps. Key safe would be better. Could have done with 2 keys for going out separately. Bath slippery - could do with non slip mat, hand rail. We don't use wheelchair, but have limited mobility so a bit of a struggle in and out. Birmingham is a nightmare to drive round at the moment - lots of building work, and road closures. Never did find the Bull Ring - following signs and ending up going out of the city! Not the fault of the apartment of course, but hopefully useful information for planning a trip.

I like the colour ways it was beautiful comfy beds felt I was sleeping on loads of pillows
The cooker was so hard to use it’s complicated took us a hour to figure out how to put it in and only one pot would work on the stove
