The apartment is very comfortable for a family stay. It's quiet though it's in a very busy street. It has a small kitchen just enough to prepare breakfast or something quick, the beds are very comfortable, there were extra towels and toiletries. It has 2 TVs. It is very well communed with a bus stop and a taxi station just down the street. There are supermarkets at a 2-minute walk. Check-in directions were very clear. All the building doors and the apartment door unlock with a password.

Although on booking.com it states that check-in is from 14:00, we were informed by the owner that the apartment will be ready from 15:00. We were there at 15:30 and the cleaning service was still there so we left our luggage and went out but getting in the apartment so late after a long day of traveling with 2 kids wasn't the best experience. The apartment clearly needs some repairs and maintenance, the top of the shower stand is broken and we were afraid it would fall off the wall, the mirror in the bathroom is crooked. The silverware in the kitchen was dirty and while you kind of expect that you'll have to wash everything before using it in a rented apartment, everything was so dirty it almost made us not want to use it.

Super Lage in Rom und unkomplizierter Zutritt zum Apartment. Toll eingerichtet, bequeme Betten und in der Nacht ist es sehr ruhig. Alles in allem ein tolles Apartment!

- der Boden war leider nicht gereinigt - man muss durch das Schlafzimmer, um ins Badezimmer zu gelangen, was nicht ideal für denjenigen ist, der im Wohnzimmer schläft
