Iconic Lodge Uluwatu

I had an amazing stay at Iconic Lodge and honestly everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The hotel is new, spotless, and clearly maintained with great attention to detail. Daily wet cleaning is done, and bed linen is changed every 4 days (or more often upon request), which keeps everything feeling fresh and comfortable. The location is also fantastic - there are countless restaurants, and local spots around where you can eat delicious and affordable food. It’s also great for going for a run, which is actually quite rare on Bali due to the lack of proper sidewalks. What really stands out is the staff and the owner. Everything is done with heart, care, and true professionalism - you can really feel that this place is run by someone who takes pride in what they do! Overall, I would highly recommend Iconic Lodge and would definitely stay here again🩷

The only small downside, which is just something to be aware of, is that if you are a light sleeper, you might want earplugs, as there are dogs and roosters nearby that can bark and crow in the morning 😄

The provide drinking water and access to a kitchen, also accommodated for a middle of the night check in.

They don’t make up rooms or provide more than one towel only every 3 days. I wanted to use the pool and had to ask for another towel as I didn’t want to use my bath towel and the guy wasn’t happy with me about it. The pool was also green for majority of the time I was there but there was people actively trying to repair it which was good. Also a bit of a drive from the main town. The lights also stay on all night in the hallway and the curtains don’t black out so bring an eye mask.

Buenas instalaciones, muy cómodo para solo travelers. Muy tranquilo y limpio. Bastante restaurants cercanos.

Está un poco alejado de Uluwatu, pero es más tranquilo.

Een fijn zwembad Het bed is comfortabel Een goed af te sluiten deur en een fijne kluislade. Veel opbergruimte Over het algemeen goed en aardig personeel, echter kon een vrouw lastig communiceren door een gebrek aan engels.

Er waren een nacht tot 1 uur snachts werkers bezig recht voor de deur binnen het verblijf. Door veel herrie hebben we niet kunnen slapen. Hier werd wel een compensatie in de vorm van een late check out voor geboden. Ik denk dat dit eenmalig was, wel te overwegen. Zeer veel insecten in de kamer. Nog haren op het toilet bij aankomst, zelf af moeten doen. De kamer was zeeer compact voor 2 personen, er is bijna geen beweegruimte. Redelijk vieze pannen, borden en bestek in de keuken. Goedkope pannen waardoor het water amper kan koken.
