The light in the morning from the seal rooftop was like morning alarm.

The house was large and spacious. Huge windows looking out to the ocean.

Property was conveniently located next to water sports businesses, sometimes it felt a little congested.

Amazing huge appartment. Feels like a mix of class and traditional Bali interior. Amazing view from the main bedroom. Sunrise is just in front of you. Staying here is an experience. Good security through 3 doors. There are 3 mini marts 24/7 just across the street. Highly recommend.

The sand is yellow and wide, but the beach is not the best. Not good for sunbathing or going in the water. The location of the appartment is between Pandawa Watersport and Bintang Beach Dive and Watersport. Booking pins it at wrong spot.

View, View, View!) You can see an amazing view of the sea right from your windows and balcony! House was fully equipped, renovated, clean and had enough leaving area, it is really 200sqm as mentioned. Images of the property are exactly as it is in reality, just it is not clear that it is a house with few doors for few leaving places, but we got no inconvenience from neighbors, anyway will suggest putting more pictures from outside. In case you travel for a few weeks and looking for an active stay with a lot of activities around, this is the best place you can find, but if you living in Bali for a long time like me, and looking for more nature and calm place, this options will not work One of the big pluses was the amazing communication with the host, very professional and pleasant. The price, is a little bit expensive, and no monthly discounts, but we got a few complimentary stay days, which was very helpful and pleasant so we extended a few times for a few weeks, thanks a lot!

Noise! Since it is in close proximity to attractions and local restaurants, it is always very noisy here, and this is something that the owner cannot change in any way, but every day they tried to ask neighboring objects to turn down the music and screams.

Location is out of this world- views to die for over the ocean and of the shipping traffic in and out of Benoa Harbou from both the lower and upper levels. The property is of a very generous size with huge living space downstairs and an enormous master suite upstairs along with a comfortable but smaller second bedroom. There is a tasteful selection of original Balinese artwork throughout the property. The air-conditioning was sufficient to maintain a comfortable temperature day and night. The property is well furnished and equipped with almost everything you might have in your lounge/dining and kitchen at home. Some of the crockery was really beautiful I would love to know where to buy it. The beds and chairs were comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked 100% of the time. There was tea and coffee sugar and milk provided. We were warmly welcomed (met) with the keys and a generous gift of tropical fruits- delicious. We were able to lock up securely at night- I felt safe. The (very small) grounds were meticulously maintained. The property had generous towel supply, quality linen on the bed and was serviced daily. It was spotless.

I am 71 years old found the stairs a bit challenging. There are just over 20 steps up to the front door and just about the same to the top level. The view makes it worth it. Not being much of a walker in Bali temperatures I did not find a good restaurant within walking distance. This is why Gojek was invented- either take a ride to a restaurant or get something delicious delivered. There is a wonderful very affordable waffle maker almost next door but he only opens at 10.00 AM- so brunch not breakfast.

The property is big enough for a family like mine, its quite clean, though it has a cocroach inside the room.
