This is a family-friendly villa with two king-size beds and a private pool. The spacious bathroom made our stay very convenient. The villa manager was very responsive and quickly assisted with additional requests, such as providing extra towels. Worth the money for our 3 days stay!

Despite all the facilities provided, the villa needs improvement in terms of cleanliness. I found spider web at the toilet, dust all over the dining table and kitchenware.

A Perfect Stay in Bali Returning to Ivilla is always a fantastic experience, and this time was even more special as I brought my entire family along. The feeling of coming back to this beautiful villa is truly unmatched. Ivilla has made impressive improvements, transforming it into an even better place to relax and unwind. The poolside area is now a fantastic spot to hang out, with two sunbeds that my dad absolutely loved. The villa itself remains immaculate,spacious, well-maintained, and with a spotless kitchen that makes it feel like a true home away from home. A special mention goes to the exceptional staff, particularly House Manager Mr. Wayan and Housekeeper Anna. Their service goes above and beyond expectations. During our stay, a heavy downpour made it impossible for us to order food via Gojek or Grab (Indonesia’s equivalent of Uber). Without hesitation, Wayan and Anna kindly offered to purchase food for us and bring it back,now that is what I call SUPER SERVICE! Thank you, Mr. Wayan, Anna, and the entire Ivilla team. Your hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail make this villa my absolute favorite in Bali. I cannot wait to return!

Maybe only the traffic

The owner was communicative. The staff welcomed us and was very friendly. He turned the AC on before we arrived, and that was thoughtful since the weather was very hot that day. Located just beside GWK, a good base to visit the beaches around Jimbaran. Rooms and beds were comfy and clean. Bathrooms were clean. The swimming pool was a nice bonus to us. The terrace just outside the main room was a very nice place for family time. If you rent a motorbike or ride a gojek/grab for mobility, cafes, eatery, and mini markets are easy to reach within a few KMs.

First of all, the map shared in the booking.com apps was not accurate, in fact it's quite far away, although the manager on site shared the right location after we booked. Main bedroom: The toilet shower in the main bathroom was leaking a little bit, making the floor wet. The body soap was not refilled so we had to take the one in the spare room downstairs. AC facing the bed was quite chilling, so we rarely turn it on while sleeping. Kitchen: the dust on the top surface of the fridge was quite thick, could've been cleaner. There's only 1 electric socket for microwave, electric kettle, and toaster. Spare drink water should be prepared rather than the guests asking for more. One of the fridge's drawer was not placed rightly, so I accidentally dropped it, broke a cup and a mug, while loosing some of my ingredients for breakfast. Some noises at night from the neighbourhood dog that kept barking, and also from motorbikes passing by was heard from the main room. Kitchenware could be cleaner, and better (especially the knives and cutting board).

Wayan was very helpful and attentive. The pool was clean, and big enough for 5 of us to enjoy together. There are a few things that I commented on, but over all I was very happy considering the price for 1 week.

THESE ARE NOT COMPLAINTS... SIMPLY OBSERVATIONS!!! The tvs in 2 of the bedrooms were broken. The kitchen is very small, but still did the job. The water pressure isn't great. But to complain about these things considering the amazing value for money would simply be arrogance.

The villa was located in a quiet part of Jimbaran and was excellent value for money. With 3 bedrooms and a decent sized pool, our group was very happy with what we got.
